Easy Cheesecake Recipe Without Sour Cream – Many experts have crazily hot here previous times week, so I literally spent all day everyday inside my mums pool. My plan to post a cheesecake recipe every single day shut off of the question on day 2 haha! Nevertheless the climate is oh so nice now. Appears crafting up a storm, working with paper alot at the moment. Some things I’m making for my shop, while others gifts. I want to share them along this week.

For now, its cheesecake time, hooray! Here is the second inside my A number of delicious traditional cheesecake recipe. My first was a gluten, dairy and fructose free cheesecake, and so is a conventional cheesecake but made using rice malt syrup. If you make this, inform me!


For the crust:

  • 1 cup wholemeal or spelt flour
  • 60 gm cold butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbs rice malt syrup

For the filling:

  • 450gm cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2-3/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. First increase the risk for crust. Inside of a mixer, combine the flour, salt cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Slowly add the rice malt syrup prior to the pastry forms a ball. Refrigerate about 20 minutes as this makes it simpler to roll. You can actually roll it straight away in the event you want.
  2. If your pastry is prepared, roll out and line a greased springform pan with it. Now increase the risk for filling.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. In another bowl, beat the eggs,vanilla and rice malt syrup until thick and creamy. Add this to cream cheese along with the lemon juice. Pour this mixture about the base.
  4. Stand the cheesecake over a flat baking tray and pop it into a prehreated 180C oven. Bake for 35 minutes. Turn oven off, leave door ajar, by leaving the cheesecake for cooling inside oven. If your tin is not really to hot to the touch, loosen the springform tin so your pastry doesnt cool and go through the tin. If the cheesecake has cooled inside oven, transfer to fridge until happy to serve. Serve with fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
